What happens at the limit
- At 100% We keep accepting and storing submissions, stop delivering them to your channels, and show you a banner. Nothing is discarded.
- At 150% The endpoint starts returning an error to the submitting page, telling the site owner to upgrade.
- Downgrading Existing submissions get 30 days before a shorter retention applies. A billing change never deletes data the same day.
Answers before you ask
- Does Formwire email me submissions?
- No. Submissions go to Discord, Slack, Telegram, your own webhook, and the dashboard. Email is not in v1 — if that is what you need, we are not the right tool yet.
- Who handles payment?
- Paddle, as merchant of record — they collect and remit VAT, and the invoice comes from them.
- What if I cancel?
- Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then drops to Free. Export everything at any time; deleting your account really deletes it.
